IT Process Analyst Manager (SAP PPM & SAP PS)
Overview of the Role
The BTS Finance Performance Team, situated within JTI's Information Technology division, is entrusted with comprehending business processes and requirements and transforming them into system solutions, primarily within the S4 and BW domains.
We collaborate closely with different business departments to grasp their needs and formulate suitable solutions to meet those needs.
Our specialization lies in FP&A, where we play a crucial role in enhancing corporate financial planning solutions through advancements, automation, innovation, and IT systems roadmap.
As the Process Analyst Manager, you will serve as a service provider operating under the BTS Team Lead to bolster the daily operations and efficiency of the business solutions for the GSC area in SAP PPM and SAP PS. Specifically, in SAP PPM, the focus will be on Portfolio Management, while in SAP PS, we seek basic configuration proficiency. Proficiency with SAP BW and BPC is essential. Profound business analysis skills, such as requirements gathering and functional specification creation, are prerequisites. Additionally, basic knowledge of financial processes like financial planning and asset accounting is advantageous.
In this role, you will be accountable for resolving minor and complex incidents and change/service requests promptly and delivering high-quality solutions to users. Simultaneously, you will ensure that users leverage the full potential of the applications. Upon request, you may partake in a specific approved project as a customization expert. You will collaborate with local teams and global business owners to implement global solutions best suited to local requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of application support requests from the Global Service Desk (GSD) and offer support for both Production and Development by resolving minor and complex incidents and change/service requests
- Conduct thorough investigation and troubleshooting of issues, collaborate with relevant BTS experts, and ensure timely communication with end-users
- Ensure proper documentation of change requests and update the knowledge base tool when necessary
- Contribute to enhancing operational BTS procedures to elevate customer service
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of SAP PPM module and SAP PS
- Experience in SAP BW and Business Analysis
- Basic Financial Knowledge and Project Management skills are desirable
- Expertise in Database structures, Microsoft Azure platform, and excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and a keen interest in self-development
