Charger Logistics is a top-notch carrier dedicated to delivering your assets promptly and cost-effectively. Our diverse fleet can manage various types of freight, from dedicated loads to HAZMAT cargo, while also handling temperature-controlled goods.

At Charger Logistics, we prioritize investing in our employees, offering them opportunities to enhance their skills and advance within the company. We are currently seeking a highly-driven individual to join our team at our Warsaw office.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with different departments (Logistics, Operations Planning, Customer Service, Supply Planning) to enhance overall operations
  • Analyze key processes for customers, focusing on market trends, cost analysis, and improving customer experience
  • Utilize data for creating custom analytics tools using tools like Tableau
  • Conduct regular analysis of P&L and customer performance metrics
  • Optimize logistics procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Work closely with dispatch, logistics coordinators, and billing staff for data analysis
  • Monitor information for identifying trends, gaps, and errors
  • Maintain internal and external databases for decision-making support
  • Implement methods to enhance operational processes and systems
  • Ensure accurate reporting to senior management
  • Manage relationships for coordinating logistics activities
  • Establish and follow SOPs to enhance operations and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, supply chain, or analytical role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic understanding of the transportation industry
  • Highly motivated and responsible
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Billing or Accounting processes preferred
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Tableau, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
  • Asset: Previous experience with Fleet Manager, Quick Books, Sage 300
