Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up.
We are looking to add a motivated individual to our team and this role will be out of our Warsaw office.
Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with different functional departments (Logistics, Operations Planning, Customer Service, Supply Planning) to execute improvements in the overall operations.
Measure and monitor existing key processes for different customers with a heavy emphasis on current market trends, cost, profit & volume analysis and customer experience improvement.
Leverage data to develop custom analytics/reporting tools using business intelligence tools such as Tableau.Conduct monthly analysis of P&L and investigate customer level performance according to volume, net revenue and margin trends.
Review logistics processes and procedures in order to maximize efficiencies and minimize costsWork directly with dispatch, logistics coordinators and billing staff to collect and analyze dataRoutinely monitor critical information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, trends and errorsOrganize and maintain several internal and external databases to support decision makingApply methods and tools to understand, predict or control operational processes and systemsEnsure clean and accurate reporting flows directly to leadership and upper management Manage internal and external relationships to coordinate new & existing logistics initiatives and activities.
Create, maintain, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce costs and improve overall operations process.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain or analytical roleOutstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesBasic knowledge of transportation industryHighly motivated and accountableVery strong computer skills, Microsoft Excel and new softwareExperience with Billing or Accounting processes a bonusExperience with Tableau, SharePoint and Smartsheet a bonusPrevious experience using Fleet Manager/Quick Books/Sage 300 is an asset
