The challenge:

You will have the uniqueopportunity to be a part of the new team from the beginning and to help shapethe working environment. This is a pivotal role related to the transition of HRprocesses and team building activities.

The P&O function atSiemens Digital Industries Software provides global services for more than25,000 employees. Due to ongoing growth and development, our new Hubin Katowice will support 20+ countries of the EMEA region in employee experienceand people partnering processes.

What are my requirements?

Minimum1 year of working experience within the HR environment in Shared Servicesstructures, especially in transition activities, administration andprocess including tool setup - a must. Excellentcommunication skills and open-mindedness Abilityto build strong relationships with business partners at all levels Strongattention to detail and accuracy Experiencein a multicultural environment Verygood written and verbal practical knowledge of English language (B2+) Verygood written and verbal practical knowledge of one or more other Europeanlanguages is a plus Practicalknowledge of MS Office Practicalknowledge of Workday is a plus Universitydegree or equivalent experience

Whatare my responsibilities?

workclosely with the country leads and management in relation to the processtransition planning and knowledge transfer activities Establishand sustain productive working relationships within assigned areas, providingadvice on a variety of employee topics and the creation / implementation ofprocedures, relevant employment legislation Takingcare of employee lifecycle processes – onboarding, offboarding, everydaysupport Developingthe employee experience environment and framework: communicationapproaches, tools, best practice initiatives Maintainingthe knowledge base for the employees at any level

What will be my work style ?

The hybrid model (Katowice or Wrocław).
