SiemensSoftware is seeking Employee Experience Specialists for ournewly created People & Organisation (P&O) EMEA Hub.
The challenge:
You willhave the unique opportunity to be a part of the new team from the beginning andto help shape the working environment. This is a pivotal role related to thetransition of HR processes and team building activities.
The P&Ofunction at Siemens Digital Industries Software provides global services formore than 25,000 employees. Due to ongoing growth and development,our new Hub in Katowice will support 20+ countries of the EMEA region inemployee experience and people partnering processes.
What are my requirements?
Practical knowledge of MS Office University degree or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills andopen-mindedness Ability to build strong relationships with businesspartners at all levels Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience in a multicultural environmentWhat are my responsibilities?
·Workclosely with Siemens employees in relation to employee experience activities –being first point of contact in all HR matters, handling the inquiries
·Establishand sustain productive working relationships within assigned areas, providingadvice on a variety of employee topics and the creation / implementation ofprocedures, relevant employment legislation
·Taking careof employee lifecycle processes – onboarding, offboarding, everydaysupport
·Preparingemployee documentation
·Enhancingemployee engagement e.g. preparing surveys and required measurements
·Developingthe employee experience environment and framework: communicationapproaches, tools, best practice initiatives
·Reviewingmanagement practices and their impact on the employee experience
·Maintainingthe knowledge base for the employees at any level
What will be my work style ?
The hybrid model (Katowice, Wrocław or Warszawa office).
