Are you the Next HR Specialist at ING?

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a Shared Services setting, specifically in HCM data management processes,
  • Strong written and verbal English and French skills,
  • Familiarity with HR technology & processes, emphasizing data management,
  • Ability to collaborate and nurture relationships with internal and external partners,
  • Exceptional communication skills and willingness to learn and work as a team,
  • Client-oriented with keen attention to detail and structured work approach,
  • Comfortable in diverse, international environments.

Additional Assets:

  • Experience in transition tasks: documentation preparation, process setup,
  • Proficiency in agile methods, operational and quality management, risk assessment,
  • Inclination for continuous improvement,
  • Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow,
  • Knowledge of Belgian labor laws and regulations,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office,
  • Aspiration to contribute to the establishment of ING's global People Services Centre,
  • Expertise in quality management, risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Your Role:

  • Serve as a point of contact for HR Business Partners, managers, and staff regarding HR inquiries and advice based on labor laws and company policies,
  • Handle administrative tasks related to ING employees joining, leaving, or changing positions,
  • Manage employee data accurately,
  • Generate contracts,
  • Address employee queries and collaborate with Managers,
  • Develop and maintain knowledge resources for staff, managers, and HR,
  • Facilitate training for new team members,
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems.
