We are searching for the ideal candidate to join our team as a Subject Matter Specialist in SAP HR Authorizations. Your main responsibility will be to excel in SAP Authorization management and help set the standard for our HR authorization processes.

Your role as a Subject Matter Specialist HR Authorizations

Joining our international team spread across Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin, and Amsterdam, you will be the go-to expert for HR Authorizations. Your tasks will include managing HR Tickets, handling access requests, overseeing IAM workflows, and participating in various HR projects and meetings.

  • Processing HR Tickets (access requests and issues) and liaising with the HR community
  • Requesting managerial accesses
  • Handling IAM workflows and approving role requests
  • Submitting and tracking authorization tickets managed by IT
  • Participating in HR projects and meetings

Your profile

Our ideal candidate

We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills. You should have a background in HR processes, a good understanding of IT systems, and proficiency in MS Office tools, including MS Teams.

Location:

You will be part of the IT organization spread across multiple locations in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Denmark. Specifically, this team is based in Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin, and Amsterdam, giving you the flexibility to choose your work location.
