We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the realm of SAP HR Authorizations.

Your Role as a Specialist in HR Authorizations

Join our diverse international team across Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin, and Amsterdam, all striving to excel in SAP Authorization management.

You will be the go-to expert within the team specifically for HR Authorizations, presenting a significant opportunity to establish the benchmark for our recently partially insourced HR landscape in terms of authorization management.

In essence, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling HR Tickets (access requests and issues) and liaising with our HR community
  • Requesting managerial accesses
  • Managing IAM workflows - reviewing and approving role requests via the Identity and Access Management System
  • Submitting and monitoring authorization tickets managed by IT
  • Engaging in various HR projects and meetings
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we seek an individual who is meticulous, collaborative, and an effective communicator. An interest in HR and a penchant for ensuring structured and organized data are also essential. Additionally, you should bring:

  • Background/experience in HR processes
  • Affinity with IT systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (including MS Teams)

Location:

You will become a part of the IT department spread across various locations in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Denmark. This particular team is situated in Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin, and Amsterdam, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred city.
