is looking for a candidate to fill the position of:

Senior Specialist in HR and Payroll

Employment type: Full-time

Employment contract: Contract of employment (UoP)

Main responsibilities:

  • Calculating salaries and preparing payroll lists for employees and contractors
  • Supervising the recordkeeping of working hours, absences, and vacations (using Symfonia software)
  • Handling all reporting and settlements related to social security contributions (ZUS), income tax (PIT), Disability Employment Fund (PFRON), Employee Capital Plans (PPK), and Central Statistical Office (GUS)
  • Generating reports in the HR and payroll area for internal organizational needs and external regulatory bodies
  • Close collaboration with the Accounting department
  • Coordinating the employment process, preparing documents related to hiring and termination of employment
  • Maintaining employee documentation, including personnel files
  • Managing the Employee Social Benefits Fund
  • Participating in HR projects (e.g., process optimization, implementing changes in HR systems)

Candidate profile:

  • Higher education degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law, working time regulations, social security, and personal income tax
  • Experience in implementing IT systems in the HR area
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software, specifically PŁATNIK
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Communicative level of English language
  • High personal culture, responsibility, meticulousness, discretion, and excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of regulations related to employing foreigners
  • Familiarity with SYMFONIA and Success Factors software
