Nasz Klient poszukuje kandydata który chciałby zarządzać zespołem około 7 osób

Kluczowe obowiązki:

- Nadzór nad zespołem, dbanie o terminowość, jakość i efektywność oraz zgodność wykonania zadania z opisem.
- Organizowanie regularne spotkania zespołu, wspieranie zespołu, promowanie otwartej komunikacji w zespole.
- Zapewnianie wsparcia merytorycznego i procesowego w sprawach związanych z księgowaniem i rozliczaniem transakcji finansowo-księgowych, monitorowaniem zobowiązań, planowaniem płatności, rozliczaniem wydatków na podróże służbowe (T&E), uzgadnianiem i potwierdzaniem sald z dostawcami.
- Wsparcie w rozwiązywaniu zapytań pracowników.
Idealny kandydat:

- Posiada min. 3 lata doświadczenia w finansach i księgowości,
- Posiada biegłą znajomość języka angielskiego oraz dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego
- Potrafi wykonywać wiele zadań i ustalać priorytety, planować, organizować i koordynować pracę i zasoby w perspektywie krótko- i długoterminowej.
- Potrafi zidentyfikować i wybrać alternatywę, która ma największe prawdopodobieństwo sukcesu lub skuteczności i najlepiej pasuje do naszych celów.
- Potrafi pracować pod presją czasu, elastycznych w podejściu, posiadających samodzielną motywację do pracy.
