*Completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into a standalone company (to be named Vantive) remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.
Key responsibilities focused on the overall coordination, management and support of Baxter's wholesalers and distributors in Baltic state countries. Raising awareness and increase notoriety of relevant products on the pharmaceutical and medical devices market, while constantly acting as a role model, fully supporting Company values - in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, building distributor network and keeping and developing Baxter image in all assigned countries through knowledge, education, ethical and professional approach and activities in cooperation with partners in Baltic state countries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain fruitful relationship with distributor partners in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
• Maximize profitability
• Keep close connection with local distributors; challenging, monitoring and developing them
• Ensure that sales objectives are achieved primarily through business development activities, the development and management of key stakeholders, distributors, opinion leaders, and industry partners
• Overall sales responsibility for available Kidney Care portfolio in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
• Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, opportunity identification across the region
• Enhance understanding and scope of regional operations, work and interact with distributors and agents, grow and develop business in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
• Run training and educational programs, product launches and promo activities via the dedicated direct team members in located in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
• Management, development and rationalization of distributors' network
• Implement strategies and programs to grow sales through existing and new distributors
• Organizing and managing quarterly meetings and reviews with distributors.
• Collect and analyze market information and track competition's activity
• Agree on proposed sales forecasts
• Manage country business expenses according to target. Meet established market share and growth targets
• Lead Promotional Strategy and Execution – Coordinates with Regional Marketing and proposes local promotion strategy in line with regional business and product objectives and strategies
• Execute agreed business plan to ensure expected product and business performance
• Execute agreed local programs to capture specific market opportunities
• Build and propose commercial policies, obtains management agreement and ensures execution
• Maintain & develop KOL's; identify and develop key national leaders to ensure they fully support corporate products and company image
• Establishes and organizes advisory boards to ensure input to local promotional strategies and programs.
• Collect any adverse event report, other safety information, product complaints and medical enquiries concerning Baxter medicinal products and forward it per internal timelines to appropriate Baxter Pharmacovigilance or Quality department.
