The Opportunity

This position works out of our Poland , Warsaw location in the Diabetes Care division.

We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

As a SFE Specialist you will have impact on Sales Force Efficiency and effectiveness through the development, delivery, and implementation of SFE tools and solutions. This includes monitoring and analysis of sales performance, sales activities and other support for management of the sales team to achieve optimal levels of results.

What You'll Do

  • As a part of the Commercial Excellence Team at Abbott Diabetes Care Poland you will support our Sales Department in its growth and maintaining its leading position in the Continuous Glucose Management (CGM) category
  • Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to design and implement new sales initiatives to drive commercial performance
  • Work with Commercial, Marketing and Sales to identify and drive opportunities to innovate our sales model – including account management, new channels etc., and develop incentives to support execution and ensure return-on-investment
  • Support regular sales performance management, including use of Power BI, turbo tables, bonus schemes
  • Track targets and KPIs at various levels.
  • Work with Global Commercial Excellence Team to deploy regional and global commercial initiatives in Poland
  • Integrate CRM to develop SFE programs that drive business needs and support sales strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor incentive/compensation programs in support of sales objectives.
  • Lead governance of all internal SFE projects
  • Perform all activities according to Abbott guidelines & policies, and ensure all activities are in alignment with compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in management or life science
  • Min. 2 years of experience in similar roles within the Pharmaceutical and/or MedTech industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of local language and English
  • High digital literacy and systems-thinking approach to integrating digital as a core component of strategy
  • Effective collaboration within a divisional team.
  • Analytical and business intelligence skills: ability to analyze data to translate market insight from internal and external sources into powerful insights
  • Strong data management
