Job Purpose: Warehouse management and logistics processes to ensure efficient handling of incoming goods, storage, and shipping to customers with both speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Operation of Shyft Warehouse Systems (Prism AND SAP)
  • Receipt and shipment of goods (units for repair)
  • Inventory control and spare parts management
  • Scrap disposal (BER process)
  • Organization of domestic and international shipments

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Duties involve regular light, medium, and heavy lifting. Manual handling training will be provided
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Proficiency in the English language for effective communication
  • Ensuring total customer satisfaction (internal and external)
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, receptive to feedback
  • Showing initiative and contributing ideas
  • Strong problem-solving skills without taking shortcuts
  • Effective planning, organizing, and prioritizing abilities. Ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure
  • Capacity to make decisions and work independently
  • Building strong relationships across departments
