Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing warehouse management and logistics operations to ensure efficient handling of incoming goods, storage, and timely delivery to customers with a focus on both speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Shyft Warehouse Systems (Prism and SAP) for operations;
  • Manage receipt and shipment of goods, including units for repair;
  • Maintain inventory control and oversee spare parts management;
  • Handle scrap disposal following the BER process;
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments;

Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • Engage in regular light, medium, and heavy lifting tasks; training provided for manual handling;
  • Demonstrate previous experience in warehouse operations;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English;
  • Focus on ensuring total customer satisfaction both internally and externally;
  • Exhibit reliability, good attendance, and punctuality;
  • Display honesty, trustworthiness, and the capacity to work autonomously;
  • Possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Display willingness to learn, receive feedback positively, and acquire new skills;
