It is the largest specialized finance operator in Italy, as well as a leader in Europe in managing and disposing of non-performing commercial credit claims against Public Administrations. The Group also leads in Italy in Securities Services and banking payment services.

We are seeking a Credit Management Support Coordinator to join our team in Lodz.

The candidate will manage a team of eight people, ensuring the efficient management of operations processes and relative documentation, identifying what needs to be developed to authorize document validation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure each invoice is accompanied by legitimate documentation proving that the credit is certain and collectible in the document repository.
  • Conduct document evaluation and investigation, Managing the tool's Access to the corporate repository
  • Ensuring adherence to KPIs and maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Monitor the activity of outsourcers.
  • Have a trong administration knowledge, as well as the ability to work closely with ICT to enhance and expedite processes.
  • Work closely with ICT to create, improve, and speed up the credit management process handle pressure effectively, especially with tight deadlines and high workloads. - Introduce and oversee document recovery processes and document uploading.
  • Utilize AI technology to enhance credit management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree /Master's Degree
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with AI technology in credit management processes. - Strong collaboration skills, particularly with ICT teams.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using software and tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • English c1, Italian Nice to have
