Cześć, jestem Sebastian i stoję na czele projektu o dumnej nazwie Oferteo Express. Jeszcze o nas nie słyszałeś? Niedługo usłyszy o nas cała Polska Wyzwań nam nie brakuje, dlatego rozpocząłem poszukiwania Growth Managera... czyli Ciebie?

Na początek trochę informacji o nas i projekcie:

jako Oferteo jesteśmy na rynku 15 lat, ale z Oferteo Express dopiero zaczynamy

jesteśmy Polską firmą, a pomysłodawcy cały czas rozwijają firmę, jako prezesi

jesteśmy firmą ze swoim własnym produktem (jesteśmy klientami i dostawcami dla siebie)

podnoszenie poprzeczki wyżej to nasza codzienność, zawsze chcemy być liderem

mamy płaską strukturę i jesteśmy elastyczni

Jesteśmy liderem wśród marketplace'ów łączących wykonawców ze zleceniodawcami. Branża budowlana, remontowa, ślubna czy usługi w mniejszych miejscowościach to nasza codzienność. Łącznie obsługujemy ponad 900 kategorii. Teraz chcemy podbić świat e-commerce z Oferteo Express, który pozwoli rezerwować specjalistów na wybrany termin i godzinę. Osiągnęliśmy pierwsze sukcesy i wkraczamy w etap skalowania. Mamy przed sobą naprawdę ambitne cele i wiele do zrobienia. Chcemy być liderem branży drobnych usług z dojazdem do klienta i posiadamy wszystkie atuty, by ten plan zrealizować.

Wiemy, że potrzebujemy osoby, która:

  • nie boi się żadnych wyzwań i koncentruje się na kreatywnym poszukiwaniu rozwiązań
  • ma doświadczenie w generowaniu wzrostu produktów e-commerce (doświadczenie z produktami typu marketplace lub aplikacje mobilne będzie istotnym plusem)
  • rozumie specyfikę różnych kanałów i narzędzi wzrostu
  • potrafi stworzyć, wdrożyć i zarządzać strategią wzrostu produktu
  • identyfikuje i analizuje kluczowe wskaźniki KPI w celu oceny skuteczności działań wzrostowych
  • dąży do prawdziwego zrozumienia zachowań i potrzeb klientów
  • współpracuje z innymi zespołami (produkt, UX, marketing, itp. ) w zakresie wdrażania projektów skalowania
  • wykorzystuje wyniki testów, analizy danych i badania rynku w celu monitorowania oraz raportowania efektów strategii wzrostu

Wyzwania przed jakimi stoimy:

  • zwiększenie ruchu i jego konwersji w aplikacji
  • stworzenie strategii fazy skalowania produktu, która doprowadzi nas do celu
  • odkrycie metody skutecznego wzrostu poprzez eksperymenty i testowanie
  • koordynacja różnych części naszego serwisu, więc każda zmiana będzie musiała być dokładnie monitorowana
  • otwarcie się na użytkowników i ciągłe badanie ich potrzeb
  • podniesienie komfortu korzystania użytkowników z aplikacji

Podstawy, czyli jak to u nas jest:

  • Pracujemy hybrydowo - minimum 1 dzień z biura w tygodniu, żeby spotkania były efektywne
  • Na pewno mamy do siebie blisko, nasze biuro jest zaraz obok Dworca Głównego we Wrocławiu
  • Umowę zgodną z Twoimi oczekiwaniami
