The IQVIA Sponsor-Dedicated Clinical Trials Assistant Team supports project teams in executing clinical trials, offering a chance to contribute to the preparation and documentation of research projects in various therapeutic areas. This role involves tasks such as data management, creating study documents, and communicating with internal departments, research sites, and clients. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity, we are currently seeking a Clinical Trials Assistant or Senior CTA to join us full-time at our office in Warsaw.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct daily administrative activities alongside Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory/Start-Up teams to ensure accurate Trial Master File delivery
  • Support CRAs and RSU teams in updating/maintaining clinical documents/systems within project timelines
  • Assist in preparing, handling, distributing, filing, and archiving clinical documentation according to SOPs
  • Review study files for completeness
  • Help with Case Report Forms, queries, and clinical data flow management
  • Act as a central contact for project communications and documentation
  • Accompany CRAs on site visits post-training

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in life science or related field
  • Minimum one year of clinical research experience
  • Proficiency in Polish (C1 level) and English
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients
