The IQVIA Sponsor-Dedicated Clinical Trials Assistant Team supports project teams in clinical trials execution. Joining this team offers the chance to work on preparation and documentation of research projects across various therapeutic areas. The role involves data management, creation of study documents, and communication with internal departments, research sites, and the client.

We have an exciting opportunity to join as a Clinical Trials Assistant or Senior CTA in full-time at our office in Warsaw.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure Trial Master File delivery.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems.
  • Handle preparation, distribution, and archiving of clinical documentation.
  • Review study files for completeness.
  • Assist with Trial Supplies and Case Report Forms management.
  • Act as central contact for project communications.
  • Support CRAs on site visits for clinical monitoring.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's or higher-level Degree in life science or office management with administrative experience.
  • Minimum of one year clinical research experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Polish at C1 level and good command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
