This key role is all about consulting and collaborating to understand our customer needs and providing tangible solutions to support product development. So you'll be a credible expert who translates the technical details to both technical and non- technical customer stakeholders right up to senior executive level.

Your remit is to identify problems and solve issues and challenges which in turn spear-head the development and implementation of new products, processes, standards and operational plans. Background

• 10 years experience in the energy sector within a similar role with a transferable skill-set (Ideally)
• A relevant bachelor's or master's Degree preferably
• Commercially and financially aware for pricing and cost control against budget
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to help integrate technical concepts into viable product portfolio solutions.
• Solution focused mindset to product development whilst maintaining integrity internally and externally.
• A technical background in Electrical Engineering specifically aligned to problem solving.
• Familiar with software development tools for power systems
• Flexible to operate across different time zones including a willingness to travel to sites (UK & overseas)
• Able to collaborate, consult and drive change to reach an end goal whilst keeping stakeholders engaged.
