WHAT YOU WILL DO

You assign IT equipment to the employees You are contacting Travel Agency You order office supplies You maintenance the Office You support internal initiatives, including employer branding and integration events You support the Administration Department in everyday tasks You support onboarding process for internal and external employees Environment that cares about your well-being: flexible working hours, hybrid work model 70/30 A fast growing, agile and very dynamic team that challenges established routines and helps transforming the Vaillant Group to a data informed business Constant learning opportunities for both technical and personal growth You participate in the HR documentation circulation process, including scanning documents and maintaining a register of collected documents You support the HR Department in everyday tasks in hard and soft HR.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

You are student of 2-4 years of studies in the field of Psychology, Law, Economics, Journalism, Administration, Social Science, Management, Marketing You are available on weekdays during the internship (approx months) You have very good knowledge of English, min. B2 (must have) You are interested in management and administrative issues, You think analytically, You are accurate, responsible, and you have very good organizational skills You have knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point, You have previous professional experience
