We are looking for a Business Lawyer who will proactively and committedly manage and support legally ID companies in Poland and their businesses.

Responsibilities:

• You will be in charge of the legal topics of the company
• Participation in the negotiation, drafting and monitoring of contracts in Polish and English with business partners, especially customers, landlords and main suppliers
• Carrying out studies and assessing legal risks
• Conducting the corporate formalities of the company
• Managing the disputes and litigation, with the support of the external legal counsels of the company if necessary
• Finding legal solutions, taking into account customer, legal, liability and financial constraints
• Analyses legislation, regulations and case law
• Communication within the company on any changes in the law relating to our company's activity
• Management of insurances in line with group policy

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the legal field, ideally in the logistics sector
• Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement
• Good command of English (min. C1 level)
• Availability for business trips
