We are currently seeking a skilled Business Lawyer to take charge of legal matters for companies in Poland. The ideal candidate will be proactive and dedicated to supporting these businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all legal aspects of the company
  • Participating in negotiations, contract drafting, and monitoring in both Polish and English with various business partners
  • Conducting legal studies and risk assessments
  • Handling corporate formalities
  • Managing disputes and litigation, with external legal counsel support when needed
  • Providing legal solutions considering customer, legal, liability, and financial constraints
  • Analyzing legislation, regulations, and case law
  • Communicating any legal changes relevant to the company's operations internally
  • Managing insurances following group policy

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in logistics
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • A proactive attitude and dedication to continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
