Lawyer

We are looking for a Business Lawyer who will proactively and committedly manage and support legally ID companies in Poland and their businesses.

Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of the legal topics of the company Participation in the negotiation, drafting and monitoring of contracts in Polish and English with business partners, especially customers, landlords and main suppliers Carrying out studies and assessing legal risks Conducting the corporate formalities of the company Managing the disputes and litigation, with the support of the external legal counsels of the company if necessary Finding legal solutions, taking into account customer, legal, liability and financial constraints Analyses legislation, regulations and case law Communication within the company on any changes in the law relating to our company's activity Management of insurances in line with group policy

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the legal field, ideally in the logistics sector Good communication skills, assertiveness Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement Computer literacy Good command of English (min. C1 level) Availability for business trips
