Jeśli jesteś gotowy na rozwój w obszarze technicznym i szukasz nowych możliwości oraz przyjaznej atmosfery, to czekamy na Ciebie :) responsibilities : zarządzanie zespołem tworzenie i aktualizacja planów projektowych monitorowanie postępów w realizacji zadań i projektów planowanie i monitorowanie budżetu projektu zapewnienie zgodności z wymogami projektowymi i standardami jakości zarządzanie procesami ciągłej integracji i dostarczania (CI/CD) szybkie reagowanie na zmiany w wymaganiach projektowych zarządzanie ryzykiem i problemami w projekcie wdrażanie i propagowanie zmian inicjowanych przez firmę udzielanie regularnej informacji zwrotnej członkom zespołu organizowanie szkoleń i sesji rozwojowych rozwiązywanie konfliktów i dbanie o dobrą atmosferę w zespole ocena i raportowanie wyników zespołu ścisła współpraca z managerami requirements-expected : wyższe wykształcenie oraz minimum dwuletnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem IT wiedza z zakresu branży IT, mile widziana z tematyki baz danych znajomość metodologii zarządzania projektami (Agile/Scrum) wysokie zdolności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne umiejętności analityczne, identyfikacji problemów wraz z proponowaniem rozwiązań umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu oraz w trybie wielozadaniowym proaktywność oraz umiejętność udzielania konstruktywnych feedbacków bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego oraz języka angielskiego (min.
