Job Description

We are currently looking for a Store Operations Responsible to join the opening of our first store in Warsaw, Poland, who are motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core.

As Store Operations Responsible you work actively to organise our stockroom and keep our store replenished. You make sure we meet our customers' expectations at all times while always supporting your team in the store.

Key responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience that contributes to increasing the sales and profit goals in your store.
  • Keep our stockrooms organised while following store operations best practices.
  • Ensure size availability on the shop-floor.
  • Implement Sale and other commercial actions in the stockroom (i.e. sticker Sale items, stock-take preparation).
Qualifications

As a person, you have a positive attitude, you communicate with warmth and you dare to be personal and genuine.

  • You always have our customer top of mind and ensure a high level of customer service by being available, attentive, and responsive to the customer's needs.
  • You are efficient, team oriented and you have the will to secure operations in the store and take ownership of our stockroom.
  • Experience in operations and with RFID is beneficial, but not mandatory.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position offering 40 hours a week, starting in August 2024.
