We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Business Operations / COO to join our team as the first full-time member. The COO will work closely with the Board to establish strategy and will be responsible for executing operations initiatives. You must have a genuine drive to set up effective workflows and accountability for achieving results.

  • The Head of Business Operations / COO is responsible for setting up an actionable project plan to successfully launch our innovative product in a completely new market
  • You will oversee all the processes, managing our workflows and crafting guidelines for the future
  • You will set-up efficient communication lines across our Clients – Team and the Board
  • You will collaborate closely with our Key Accounts to deliver solutions best crafted to their business needs
  • Hands-on project management ensuring project timelines are met with special focus on Key Accounts processes set-up, logistics and software development
  • Recruit and lead efficient teams that demonstrate autonomy and an outcome-focused approach

About the Candidate

  • Proven track record, at least 3 years of leadership experience in a startup environment
  • Working level understanding of SaaS environment and software development
  • You must be able to think and act in a systematic and structured way
  • You are a self-started with strong ownership mentality, you want to affect change every day, showing example to your co-workers and employees
  • You must be able to communicate openly and directly, including giving and receiving feedback. Candid and effective communication is key for the success of this project
  • You must be able to accept and deal with problems. He/She must be able to correctly assess and evaluate them and ensure the problem is resolved correctly or action is taken to prevent the problem from happening again.
  • Can be a first time C level
