About Our Client

Our client is an e-commerce company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to the customers.

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our client's operational processes, managing key departments such as supply chain, customer service, and production. The COO will play a role in preparing and executing ESG initiatives, ensuring compliance, and driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all departments.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team across various departments including supply chain, customer service, and production.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Optimize production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Lead the development and execution of ESG initiatives, focusing on environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement best practices and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing big teams.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process optimization.
  • Experience in supply chain management, customer service, and production.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ESG principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
