Sales Manager for International Markets- REMOTE

For our Client in the HVAC industry - a producer of modern and unique ventilation solutions for customers from various sectors, we are looking for a Sales Manager for International Markets (HVAC). The main goal of the position is to build a sales strategy and expand the customer network in designated sales regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies for assigned markets (conducting research among local companies distributing construction materials, research in the sales channel with designers/architects, developers, and end users)
  • Expanding German-speaking or other markets
  • Achieving set sales targets and budget assumptions in the respective markets
  • Establishing, maintaining, and developing business contacts with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Presenting and promoting the company internationally
  • Participating in preparing offers for specific export markets
  • Organizing and participating in foreign trade fairs
  • Contributing to the pricing and marketing policy for products in the relevant markets
  • Reporting to the Head of Export Department locally based in Gdańsk

Requirements:

  • Higher education required (technical background preferred).
  • Experience in sales in international markets within the broader HVAC or construction engineering industry.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of German is preferred for those interested in activities in German-speaking markets.
  • High skills in product presentation, training, and instructional areas.
  • Strong motivation to act and excellent self-organization skills.
  • Previous successful experience in a similar position and industry (a manufacturing company in the HVAC sector - ventilation, air conditioning, heating) will be an additional asset.
  • Willingness to travel abroad on business trips.
  • Determination to achieve business goals and assumptions.
