Finance / Legal Administration Specialist Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Supervise invoices (externally and internally) in cooperation with the Finance team.
Full accountability/ownership for documentation flow related to the licensing business.Prepare financial statements for our partners on a quarterly basis.
Supervise the validity of additional documentation (Certificates of Residence, Beneficial Owner Statements).
Support Key Account Managers in any finance-related topics.
Conduct initial revision of contracts in cooperation with Key Account Managers and the Legal Team.
Supervise the expiry dates of contracts.
Set up procedures for maintaining contracts and reporting the most important obligations to the team and Manager.
Support Key Account Managers in any legal-related topics.
Our requirements 3 years of experience in administration, legal, or finance.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Understanding of the structure of legal contracts.
Familiarity with financial documents and fiscal trade obligations, including invoices, Certificates of Residence (COR), and Beneficial Owner Statements (BOS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of adaptability in a rapidly changing business environment.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
Proactive doers ready for tonnes of satisfying challenges, warriors who are ready to take autonomy & ownership - we're no cogs in the machine, the ones for whom agile mindset doesn't mean mind-altering.
