Your role & responsibilities:

  • Shape the future of HR at MAHLE by actively supporting the global HR Transformation Program
  • Manage own work packages like the implementation of the future target operating model and training measures
  • Prepare, execute and document workshops and team meetings with the HR community around the globe
  • Support in designing relevant training & enablement content for new Target Operating Model especially for HRBP implementation
  • Support in tasks that drive the HR NEXT Business Case forward, through global collaboration with HR and Controlling teams. Have good financial insights to support the various financial processes that HR need to comply with relating to HR NEXT
  • Actively support the HR Transformation team in PMO tasks, e.g. track progress, steer to-dos and actively manage team members
  • Bring in fresh and innovative ideas
  • Collaborate with technical roll-out teams
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience project rollouts, experience in HR or HR Transformation is a plus
  • Career background in a consultancy, inhouse consultancy or multi-national corporate environment
  • Project Management (classical & agile)
  • Fluent in English, German will be an asset
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel Skills
  • Analytical person with strong strategic and conceptual skills
  • Hands-on and "get things done" personality
  • Ability to work efficiently, drive high-quality results and possess a good sense of humor
