about-project :
  • As the ServiceNow Catalogue and Request Manager, you will be the Process Owner for our Service Catalogue and Service Request Catalogue. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all new and changed services are accurately recorded and that the catalogues are available, accurate, and meet business needs. You will own and manage the Service Catalogue and Request Management processes, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
responsibilities :
  • Service Catalogue Management: Build and manage the Service Catalogue, ensuring it meets organizational needs.
  • Service Introduction: Coordinate the introduction of new services to the organization, maintaining an up-to-date and comprehensive catalogue.
  • Process Ownership: Own the Catalogue and Request Management processes, overseeing all related activities.
  • Coordination and Control: Manage, coordinate, track, and report on service requests and service catalogue management activities.
  • Consolidation: Control and consolidate the business and technical service catalogues in line with established processes, policies, and principles.
  • Continuous Improvement: Define the overall mission, improve the process, and document and maintain procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of the process, ensuring continuous improvement.
requirements-expected :
  • At least 2 years of experience in Service Request Management, including process reporting, maturity assessment, and adjustment to business needs.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow is a must.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes; ITIL Certificate v4 is a plus.
  • Experience in building and maintaining Service Catalogues, including the coordination of new service introductions (Service Portfolio Management).
  • Previous experience in developing and maintaining self-service portals is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, at least C1 level
  • Energetic and collaborative, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
