SUNZINET Poland is a thriving digital transforming agency that has over 160 unique people on board in various positions: developers, project managers, UX/UI designers and motion designers. Thinking out of the box, we create state-of-the-art web applications while offering tailor-made solutions and adjusting custom products. We are working with big players such as Bayer, Boesner, Canon, O.P.I and Volvo.

Your Tasks
  • Define and continuously evolve product visions.
  • Create and prioritize product backlogs in close coordination with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Monitor product development from conception to market launch.
  • Lead and coordinate external development teams.
  • Ensure the implementation of agile processes (Scrum/Agile).
  • Actively participate in all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in software development.
  • Experience with telemetry(nice to have), LTE/Mobile Network, API integration, interface monitoring, product testing, and process documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and development of hardware. Preferably knowledge of how to manage external hardware product development and production in offshore projects.
  • Proven ability to lead international teams in matrix structures across Europe.
  • German language- nice to have
