About the team

Currently, we're on a quest to enhance our internal Talent Acquisition capabilities, and you'll be entering and contributing at a crucial stage in our development. Your role will push you as you advise the business and stakeholders on talent strategies, genuinely embodying our values of Going Beyond, Doing What Matters Most, and Keeping it Human, where you'll be viewed as a trusted partner across the HR function and the business. About the role

The IT Recruiter at Haleon will oversee the complete recruitment cycle within the Tech divisions in Poland. You'll be leading recruitment strategies and collaborating with hiring managers to bring top talent on board. In this position, you'll utilize your experience and expertise in recruitment best practices to attract and hire exceptional talent while ensuring a favorable candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a talent advisor for hiring managers by comprehending their business needs, crafting effective recruitment strategies, and securing top talent for the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for Tech positions, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Coordinate the offer process in alignment with the company's rewards policy, which includes negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.
  • Foster candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Utilize data to steer recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers, and/or HRBPs.
  • Impact peers, mentor other members of the TA team, offer guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process enhancements.
  • Identify and suggest simple changes for local processes, concentrating on continually enhancing recruitment procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of full cycle in-house recruiting or a mix of an in-house and agency background for IT positions in intricate organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in building partnership relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates, HRBPs, TA team members).
  • Extensive expertise in developing effective multi-channel recruitment strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Results-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Analytical skills, with the adeptness to leverage data for recruitment decisions.
