your daily tasks
  • understand job descriptions and needs of our clients
  • explore markets & channels that will allow us to find the best candidates building sustainable and secure candidate pipelines for all projects
  • establish and maintain relationships with clients
  • ensuring quality and successful communication in and outside our organization
  • define and execute recruitment processes — from identifying needs to closing a deal with candidates
  • co-create and develop the company growth in aspects that resonate with you
  • being responsible for your duties and execution of your tasks
  • creating and executing strategies in owned projects
  • at least 3+ years of experience with recruiting in IT or other technical industry
  • have a vast network of candidates with existing and well-maintained relations
  • being visible in social media as a recruitment professional
  • expert knowledge of the IT sector and its specific technologies
  • experience in essential - recruitment tools (ATS, Linkedin, Github, Social Networks, etc.)
  • experience in creating market research analysis and building overall plans for recruitment funnel
  • ability to cooperate with Clients and be open to their needs
  • experience in covering the full-recruitment cycle (end-to-end recruitment process)
  • C1 English level skills (any other language will be a great asset)
  • proactive, responsible approach
  • creative mind
  • ability to speak your mind and hear out others' ideas
  • flexibility and openness to change
  • "can do" approach and creative problem-solving,
  • team player
  • experience in working in a recruitment agency
  • experience in in-house recruitment work
  • openness to cooperate in a ROD/RPO manner – as part of the clients' internal team
