Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes within the E-Commerce domain.
- Document requirements (both functional and non-functional) using epics and user stories.
- Prioritize epics and user stories effectively.
- Assist the Product Manager in fostering collaboration and cross-domain prioritization and sequencing of tasks.
- Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment of scoping, backlog, and delivery with the product strategy.
- Monitor KPIs to gauge the achievement of relevant business objectives in the domain.
- Act as the voice of the business throughout the technology development process.
- Monitor releases and communicate the delivery roadmap.
- Collaborate with agile practitioners and engineers to enhance the overall delivery lifecycle.
- Plan and execute user showcases and acceptance testing.

Expected Requirements :
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering fields, or equivalent years of experience, is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in scrum/agile development methodology.
- 3+ years of experience in participating in product backlog prioritization, grooming, and refinement.
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership and contributing to road mapping, planning, and delivery within an agile environment.
- 3+ years of experience in designing processes and solutions for an omnichannel organization, is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in designing solutions for retail organizations within E-Commerce Platform or Data Science.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in B2B and retail business is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
