Sales Director

Our customer is international company with structures in Poland. Due to internal succession we are looking for Sales Director.
Your responsibilities- Manage the sales channels to achieve optimal sales and margin results
- Managing and developing the existing team and if necessary conduct recruitment processes
- Responsible for everyday management of sales, as well as creating long-term plans
- Work closely with other departments, including technical and design
- Create plans and actions to guarantee achievement of sales objectives
- Managing customer satisfaction in cooperation with customers care department
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Product promotion activities
- Monitor market, competitors and trends as well as new investments
- Budgeting and sales forecasting
- Technical university degree, preferably in engineering
- Minimum of 5 years successful experience in sales management role
- Ability to travel frequently in the region
- Ability to read, understand and analyze financial reports
- Effective in task execution
- Good knowledge of English
