Our Sales Department in Poland is currently in search of a Growth Wholesale Specialist PL HUB (f/m/d) (100%). The role involves evaluating and enhancing sales strategies, identifying new customers, and collaborating with various departments to align strategies. The position also entails analyzing consumer behavior, conducting competitor analysis, and frequent travel within Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business operations to uncover new opportunities
  • Identifying new channels and market opportunities
  • Reporting findings and obtaining approval from senior management when necessary
  • Evaluating and enhancing sales strategies, as well as identifying new customers
  • Conducting consumer behavior analysis to meet product demand
  • Performing competitor analysis to boost market share
  • Implementing effective customer communication
  • Negotiating sales deals to ensure stable income
  • Building a sustainable customer base
  • Supporting the sales team in the field and overseeing strategy implementation

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales/business development experience
  • Experience with international and independent accounts
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software like SalesForce
  • Advanced knowledge of business development and sales strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to identify profitable opportunities and increase market share
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
