BAT POLAND IS LOOKING FOR A RGM MARKET MANAGER

SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid- Senior Level

FUNCTION: Finance

LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

RGM Market Manager is responsible to support RGM Hub Lead in rolling out RGM framework, methodology and way of working in the assigned end market, conduct detailed analytical deep dives across 4 RGM levers and be a daily SPOC for the EM RGM team, ensuring the delivery of incremental value.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Understand strategies and initiatives that will accelerate revenue growth (RGM), and increase marketing spend efficiency (MSE) at BAT Serve the market as an extension of the Growth Management Teams with an understanding of the business and how to enable sustainable net revenue growth and marketing spend effectiveness. Lead RGM implementation and integration into BAU (business-as-usual) for the assigned EMs Bring the corporate RGM framework to the EMs following methodology & playbooks Collaborate and partner with the end market cross-functional commercial teams to build capabilities in areas such as pricing, assortment optimization, promotion, trade spent management and marketing spend effectiveness Help the market commercial teams develop outstanding strategies for maximizing revenues and profits Support continuous improvement of business performance by conducting detailed RGM analyses across 4 levers and multiple categories and developing insights to drive value and volume share profitably Provide pricing-related insights and perspective related to competitor activities, consumer trends and interactions between categories and across price segments Manage multiple projects within tight deadlines, and communicate to project leadership any challenges/issues in a clear and timely fashion Share & reapply best practices and initiatives, new approaches, analyses internally (from other regions) as well as externally Provide feedback if any improvements needed for the methodology/analytics Provide input and help evolve the company's existing price & share modelling efforts

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

7+ years of professional experience with 2+ years of experience in revenue growth management insights and analytics, business intelligence, pricing, promotion, sales analytics, marketing research, consumer insights and/or category management. Experience of actively using platforms like Power BI, Tableau, etc. for generating useful insights and foresights in above mentioned aspects. Basic knowledge of key concepts of data science modelling and statistical analysis. Data and insights driven, Strong analytical & strategic skills; Influencing, leadership, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support Commercially focused and is consumer centric Project Management experience Thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems (. SAP / HFM / BI /BPC) Ability to simplify sophisticated situations, communicate and present complex information with confidence Significant experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
