Position: Revenue Growth Management Analyst
Location: Warsaw
Working Model: Hybrid


Responsibilities:

  • Support preparing for the monthly cycle: Commercial Innovation Meeting, Country Development Team Meeting, SKU to Market submission. & RedSlim, Tableau, Business Case Template, SKU to Market, Scorecards, Assortment Recommendation, PQA, Value Chains.NielsenIQ Own key reporting templates and platforms: ​
  • Provide meaningful analytical reports and insights for RGM, Sales and Marketing colleagues.
  • Master Data management: Displays, up-to-date portfolio overview of new / delist products.
  • Continuous improvement of all the RGM Tools.
  • Support on the maintenance of price lists.
  • Support the implementation of RGM initiatives by contributing to the development of sell-in stories (annual negotiations and Joint-Business-Plans).

Requirements:
  • FMCG Experience from one of the following: Commercial Strategy / Finance / Sales / Marketing.
  • Advanced analytical skills & Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skills and passion to work in a multicultural environment.​
  • Sees patterns and connections across multiple data sources & trends, and uses them to find solutions.
  • Required language skills: English (C1)
