The Position

Finance Business Partner IT (12-month long employment contract)

We are looking for a collaborative, open minded Finance Business Partner to collaborate with colleagues from the IT department and provide solutions in financial matters.

The opportunity

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with leadership team and the business that fosters success of the global IT organization
  • Creating value & influencing decisionmaking by providing financial insight, alternatives and scenario analysis
  • Interpreting data, order and assess its value and then present the findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way
  • Being active member of a global IT Finance network
  • Driving business improvements while recommending right solution
  • Translating business needs and information into financial management
  • Continuously developing efficient reporting tools to support decisionmaking. Wherever possible driving automation into the processes to ensure that manual analysis is being focused on value added activities
Who you are

  • You have education in Accounting/ Finance and minimum 3 years' experience working on a similar position in an international matrix environment (highly preferred)
  • You are comfortable to work in a fastpaced, international matrix organization
  • You speak and write fluently in English and Polish
  • Microsoft product skills, advanced Excel as a must
  • Experience in IT environment will be an asset
  • Selfstarter and ability to work independently through a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Positive and energetic approach with a "cando" attitude
Our offer

  • Full time employment contract for 12 months,
