Requirements

  • Experience with Scala (main)
  • Experience with Java (at least some)
  • Experience with One of Cats Effect or Zio (preferably both)
  • Familiarity with Gitlab pipelines
  • Familiarity with Amazon AWS services and infrastructure (RDS, ECS, SQS, CloudWatch)
  • Familiarity with Observability tools (Kibana, Prometheus, New Relic, Grafana)
  • A comfortable level of English, enabling effective communication and collaboration across the company structure
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proactive outlook, enabling independent decision-making and taking responsibility
  • Good documentation skills and process diligence
  • Troubleshooting/incident experience or the willingness to learn, coupled with the ability to manage stress effectively
  • Ability to align with down-to-earth business goals

Nice to have

  • Some Python + AI wrapper writing experience
  • Some GCP familiarity
