How You Will Create an Impact:
  • Provide efficient knowledge management tools to enhance company project productivity.
  • Ensure easy accessibility of knowledge to all employees.
  • Support users with general KM navigation and functionalities, offering training when needed.
  • Uphold knowledge management principles and processes, providing technical support for knowledge exchange platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge and implement best practices in deploying solutions.
  • Implement knowledge tools with support from the global KM team.
Your Profile:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English.
  • Experience in implementing SharePoint process solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Analytical thinking and quick adaptability to new topics and tasks.
  • Interest in consulting project work and the knowledge management process.
  • Team spirit, initiative, responsibility, well-structured work approach, and reliable time management.
  • Basic web development skills (HTML5, CSS, JSON)
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and technical documentation creation is a plus.
