Description:

Mercer is looking for candidates for the role of Knowledge Coordinator in Warsaw.

Your main goal is to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to best practices in managing intranet sites, communities, and content.

You are key to maintaining the Mercer online KM Delivery Model, working closely with various teams like DWT, KSs, SMEs, and Innovators.

A typical day involves:

  • Completing tasks from teammates and stakeholders through the submission form.
  • Following standard procedures for processing requests.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality libraries.
  • Tagging and posting content in SharePoint using defined taxonomy.
  • Coordinating news and publishing on various platforms.
  • Ensuring compliance with design elements provided by DWT.
  • Supporting knowledge sharing culture.
  • Providing ideas for process improvements.
  • Developing skills in Microsoft tools and digital platforms.
  • Offering feedback to shape future work processes.
  • Handling special tasks as needed.
  • Leading specific tasks as a KM Hub area lead.
