Knowledge Management (SharePoint process implementation) In Poland - Warsaw
Simon-Kucher's Knowledge Management is the hub for the business to use all our internal knowledge for project execution and business development and is being constantly further developed for better user experience. The Knowledge Management is mainly responsible to implement KM – Tools and processes in the knowledge hubs of our practices. As our new KM Team Member, you will pay a crucial role in supporting the team's efforts to support our business and introduce new functionalities.

How you will create an impact:
  • You provide efficient and consistent knowledge management tools to improve the productivity and efficiency of company projects.
  • At the same time, you take care of making this knowledge easily accessible to all employees.
  • You support our users with general KM navigation and functionality and train users.
  • You take responsibility for understanding and upholding knowledge management principles and processes.
  • You technically support the central collaboration platform for knowledge exchange.
  • You keep up to date with industry knowledge of relevant technologies and implement industry and security best practices when deploying solutions.
  • You implement technically the knowledge tools with support from the global KM team.
Your profile:
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in business English. Your Team is international.
  • You have knowledge and experience in implementing SharePoint process solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 solutions is required.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly get to grips with new topics and tasks suit you. You have a core understanding and interest in consulting project work.
  • You have a keen interest in the entire knowledge management process, including its implementation.
  • You have a strong team spirit, show initiative, and like to take responsibility. Your way of working is well-structured, and you have a reliable self- and time management.
  • Basic web development skills such as HTML5, CSS and JSON complete your profile – as a nice to have.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as the Power Platform (especially Power Automate), Microsoft 365 Copilot and the creation of technical documentation is an advantage – as a nice to have
