Twój zakres obowiązków:

realizacja zagranicznych projektów RES,rekrutacja, współpraca oraz nadzór zagranicznych Project Managerów, analiza sytuacji związanej z OZE na wybranych rynkach zagranicznych,działania związane z rozwojem biznesu na rynkach międzynarodowych,nawiązywanie współpracy z zagranicznymi partnerami,ścisła współpraca z Prezesem Zarządu,tworzenie projektów OZE – od etapu greenfield development do turnkey we współpracy z zagranicznymi partnerami oraz polskim biurem deweloperskim,czynny udział w rozwoju firmy

Nasze wymagania:

minimum 3 lata doświadczenia przy dokumentacjach projektowych OZE (wszystkie etapy do RTB),doświadczenie managerskie/kierownicze,doświadczenie w zdalnym zarządzaniu zespołu - mile widziane,znajomość branży OZE (obszar dużych projektów PV i FW) oraz mile widziane w obszarze projektów wodorowychmile widziane doświadczenie przy projektach zagranicznych jak np. Azja, Afryka, Europabardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego, w tym biegłość w mowie i piśmie,umiejętności analityczne,komunikatywność, umiejętność nawiązywania i utrzymywania dobrych relacji,samodzielność i wysokie zdolności organizacyjne,inicjatywa i zaangażowanie,cierpliwość i wyrozumiałość,gotowość do pracy o niestandardowych godzinach (różnice czasu między krajami),gotowość do odbywania podróży służbowych (ok. 25% czasu pracy)
