International Business Development Manager

Job Description

We're looking for a International Business Development Manager to amplify MADIFF's presence outside of Poland Your role involves understanding client and prospect needs, proposing tailored tech services and solutions, and reporting directly to the CEO for guidance and coaching. Working alongside our expert leaders and sales team, you'll be at the forefront of fostering our brand's growth.

Who You Are

Experienced in international IT consultancy sales, especially in North America, Europe (including the UK, Germany, France, and Switzerland).

Minimum of 2 years in international sales, focusing on IT staff augmentation, Time & Material assignments, IT team leasing, nearshoring, and offshoring.

Proven track record of building Business Units within IT consulting for large corporations or scale-ups.

Active involvement in the startup/scale-up ecosystem, with contacts among CEOs/Founders.

Dedicated to supporting IT/Tech consultants and working with leadership to ensure project success.

Fluent in English; Polish is beneficial.

Committed to forming long-lasting, quality-focused relationships with clients and team members.

Team-oriented with a drive for commercial success.

A skilled networker, enthusiastic about developing and maintaining professional relationships.

Passionate about IT recruitment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the IT outsourcing sector is essential.

Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related fields

Professional experience in a similar position in IT outsourcing - must have

Very good knowledge of English - must have

Knowledge of the IT/ITO/ICT industry

Passion for sales and business development

Ambition to lead

Tertiary education, management and business related subjects preferred
