About Us:

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Specialist to lead our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team and play a crucial role in our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the UAT team across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee robust UAT plans, including test case creation and analysis.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management, ensuring transparency of UAT progress.
  • Establish a strong governance framework to ensure adherence to testing protocols.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Support UAT outcomes assessment for decision-making.
  • Assist in Model Office Testing to ensure business requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading UAT teams and managing complex UAT plans.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to provide clear reporting to senior management.
  • Experience in financial services or technology sectors preferred.
