Osoba na tym stanowisku, w zależności od projektu, pełnić będzię rolę lidera, koordynując zasoby, procesy i technologie, aby zapewnić terminowe i zgodne z budżetem realizacje, lub architekta / dewelopera back-end, ze względu na butikowy wciąż charakter naszej firmy i zwinne struktury.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Udział w projektach wdrożeniowych w zakresie rozwiązań raportowo-analitycznych klasy Business Intelligence i xP&A w oparciu o Microsoft Power BI, Fabric/Azure, Acterys i inne, pokrewne technologie,
  • Pełnienie funkcji lidera projektów – koordynowanie zasobów, procesów, dobór technologii i rozwiązań w celu zapewnienia, że projekty będą zrealizowane na czas, w ramach zakresu i budżetu,
  • W wybranych przypadkach pełnienie funkcji architekta / dewelopera back-end (SQL, API, ELT/ETL, Fabric/Azure, Dataflows),
  • Praca z klientem zewnętrznym i zespołem wewnętrznym (account manager, dyrektor) w celu zrozumienia wymagań biznesowych i potrzeb w zakresie pozyskiwania, przetwarzania, integracji i wizualizacji danych na potrzeby raportowo-analityczne,
  • Usprawnianie wdrożonych rozwiązań i procesów oraz wprowadzanie dobrych praktyk w obszarze przetwarzania i modelowania danych, w tym dzielenie się wiedzą z zespołami wewnętrznymi i zespołami klientów w tym obszarze,
  • Opracowywanie szczegółowych planów projektów w celu śledzenia postępów,
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji techniczno-projektowej, zgodnej z potrzebami Klienta i procedurami wewnętrznymi,
  • Udział w budżetowaniu projektów na potrzeby ofertowe,
  • Mierzenie efektywności projektów na poziomie roboczogodzin,
  • Identyfikacja czynników ryzyka projektowego i jego ograniczanie podejmując określone działania z wyprzedzeniem.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (techniczne lub ekonomiczne),
  • Co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku, w tym w zarządzaniu lub liderowaniu projektów,
  • Znajomość rozwiązań Microsoft w obszarze zarządzania danymi i raportowania (Fabric/Azure i Power Platform, w tym w szczególności Power BI i Power Automate),
  • Głębokie zrozumienie zasad zarządzania danymi, technik modelowania danych, projektowania baz danych i przepływów w zakresie integracji danych z wykorzystaniem rozwiązań chmurowych Microsoft,
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu rozwiązań do integracji danych, w tym procesów ETL,
  • Umiejętność komunikacji i prezentacji, w celu skutecznego artykułowania złożonych koncepcji technicznych zarówno zainteresowanym stronom technicznym, jak i nietechnicznym,
  • Doświadczenie w opracowywaniu i wdrażaniu zasad, procedur i ram zarządzania danymi w celu zapewnienia integralności i zgodności danych,
  • Znajomość najlepszych praktyk branżowych i pojawiających się trendów w zakresie współczesnego zarządzania danymi w chmurze,
  • Znajomość różnych technologii baz danych i tworzenia zapytań (bazy relacyjne i opcjonalnie NoSQL),
  • Umiejętność wykorzystywania interfejsów API do wykonywania zapytań,
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie,
  • Biegła znajomość języka polskiego w mowie i piśmie.
  • Możliwość współpracy z multidyscyplinarnym zespołem (finanse i strategia, projektowanie wysokiej klasy raportów zarządczych i analitycznych, zarządzanie danymi biznesowymi),
  • Udział w dynamicznym rozwoju firmy działającej w perspektywicznej branży,
  • Dużą samodzielność w działaniu, tworzeniu architektury rozwiązań, kształtowaniu standardów i procesów wewnętrznych,
  • Wsparcie w rozwoju własnych kompetencji,
  • Pracę z klientami krajowymi i międzynarodowymi, w tym rozpoznawalnymi markami,
  • Elastyczne godziny pracy,
