This role involves managing the end-to-end process of customer account creation and maintenance across different regions in Latin America and North America. As a pivotal member of the Customer Master Data team, you will closely collaborate with the Order Management, Finance, and IT departments to ensure smooth operations. This position provides an excellent chance to contribute to our organization's success while enhancing your professional skills in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

As a (Junior) Customer Master Data Coordinator,

you will build expertise in a specific function and take ownership of the assigned process. Your main responsibilities include executing data maintenance operations within corporate information systems, involving tasks such as:

  • Managing and updating customer master data, setting up new accounts in multiple systems
  • Managing and maintaining salesperson information for customer setups
  • Participating in new projects and Database Cleanup
  • Applying global and regional Customer Master Data processes comprehensively
  • Adapting to a fast-paced business environment, focusing on first in, first out cycle time
  • Engaging in monthly close activities which may result in heavier workloads
  • Prioritizing team goals and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere
  • Understanding the importance of teamwork and collaboration

Please note that this role involves mixed shifts and is a 12-month contract.

Basic Requirements

  • English skills at B1/B2 level
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace is a plus
  • Student/College graduate (preferred)
  • Experience in Customer Master Data/Supply Chain/Customer Service/Order Management is a bonus
  • Ability to identify and resolve basic problems within the process
  • Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Continuous learning mindset
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and handle responsibilities efficiently
  • Adaptability to change and attention to detail
