Your new role at Warner Bros. Discovery...

Join us as an EMEA Payroll Operations Analyst within our People and Culture Shared Services Payroll Operations Department. In this role, you play a critical part in payroll administration, audits, and implementing best practices. Your responsibilities include analyzing, documenting payroll issues, responding to inquiries, and supporting audits. Active involvement in special projects is a key aspect of this position. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for ensuring payroll accuracy, we invite you to be part of this exciting opportunity.

Your Role Accountabilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate closely with Safeguard, our global payroll provider.
  • Act as the primary contact for the payroll service provider.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll processing calendars for each country.
  • Serve as the point of contact for international payroll operations.
  • Compile, analyze, and document payroll issues.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR for payroll compliance.
  • Prepare reports regularly, including ad hoc requests.
  • Participate in testing of payroll systems and other special projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Must be bilingual with strong technical skills.
  • Experience with Workday HR/Safeguard or other SaaS payroll tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll and compensation practices.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
